Today, Vijayadasami the culmination of Navarathri, is celebrated across India, to mark the victory of Good over Evil and start new successful ventures. In northern India, it is celebrated as Dasara and in eastern parts, it is Durga Puja. Vijayadasami day is considered auspicious especially for education. Most of the children start their education today in the name of Vidyarambham.
